Prof. John van Genderen

John started his remote sensing studies, 50 years ago under the supervision of Professor “Slim” Bauer, an American Photo-Interpreter, who, after the Second World War taught remote sensing at the University of Queensland, in Townsville, Australia. After his graduation, John went to the ITC in the Netherlands, where he obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Photo-Interpretation and his M.Sc. in Remote Sensing.
